Anyone knows the real benefits of ultra?

I recently bought ultra and I see a big difference between responses before and now, but, theres more features I dont know?, I dont mind help the devs (they are GOAT) but I think a full list of ultra benefits maybe stimulate people to buy it, I will grateful if someone have any idea of it, thanks
