Question: Carhartt WIP Dune Cap

Anyone here who owns the Carhartt WIP Dune Cap? I'm curious as to how they fit on the head for you since it feels small on my head despite being a "OSFA". I mean, it fits, just feels small compared to other hats like New Era where they hug the top of my head well. Excited to read your thoughts and experiences!
