Missing Yorkie/Shih Tzu in Evanston Area

Missing Yorkie/Shih Tzu in Evanston area! Not sure how he got out but he’s been missing since 10 PM last night.

He’s quite old (15) and is completely blind and mostly deaf. He is very friendly but may bark if you get close to him and is fine with being picked up.

Please let us know if you see him or have any details. He went missing around Evancrest Court NW.
