Disclaimer: Hoshino fights against two different armies (Kaiser and executives), twice against the rest of Abydos and Suou before facing Hina who was prepared to face her, while Hoshino never seems to consider defeating her, but wants to escape on the train to finish the mission. And even then, the fight is pretty even. And as for Arisu over Mika, the gorilla was seen at the limit before sensei came to her rescue. While Arisu decides of her own free will not to be a threat to all of Kivotos. I think Mika could take on Arisu's army or her, but not both at the same time
