What makes you motivated everyday?

I feel like hindi talaga ako pang BPO. I’m almost 3 years here sa industry. I have handled telco and non telco account, I have also experience working both onsite and work at home set up but still the same.

Idk, It still feels draining even if I tried to rest during my rest day. Halos na-try ko na lahat. Go outside, eat my comfort and favorite food and different restaurants. Bought material things that I want. Tried partying with my friends. Go on both a beach trip and staycation in the city.

I also tried to stay at home during rest days to see if that would make any difference but it feels the same. Now, gusto ko mag travel abroad but I need to save muna. Sabi ko “gawin kong motivation everyday to go to work”, pero wala pa rin hahaha

I feel unmotivated, I don’t feel any satisfaction. It’s draining and I feel burnt out, I don’t have energy even if I’m working at home. It’s just that, I don’t have any choice for now kasi I’m only SHS Grad and bread winner of the family.

Nag iipon lang ako and I’m planning to go abroad to try my luck. Yun lang, I just want to get this off my chest and hear your thoughts and advice
