Looking to add a combo switch/outlet to a three way switch. Possible?

First photo is the switch/outlet (3 way capable on the switch portion) I want to add, second is the wiring in that box, fourth and fifth are the wiring from the main switch.

Hey all. I have a bathroom with a switch on either end of a double vanity that is 3 way and controls the vanity light.

On the right end is the main switch with common power and there is an outlet on that side as well (maybe irrelevant but that outlet is not on the same circuit as the light). On the left end is the other leg of the 3 way circuit. This side only has red white and black wires. When tested and disconnected from the switch, none stayed hot.

So is there anyway to wire a combo switch/outlet like this? Or would I need to pull another wire from the main switch to get constant power for the outlet?

If the latter is the case am I better off pulling this wire from the existing outlet and just adding a 2 gang box for an additional outlet so that can be GFCI and this will be on that same circuit?

Thanks!
