Questionable Mole?
53M, had my first full body skin check in Nov 24. 5 moles were biopsied, all came back benign. I had a mole that started to itch and get reddened in mid Jan so I went back to the derm in early Feb and the PA biopsied that one and 2 more on my back/shoulder that were small and black but had grown since Nov. Two came back moderately dysplastic (itchy one included) and one mild dysplastic. I have another mole that hasn’t changed just below the itchy one that was biopsied that looks concerning (irregular shaped and different shades of brown). My question for a derm or derm PA would be since the questionable one is right below the itchy one where a shave biopsy was done, should I assume they looked at it in Feb when the shave biopsies were done or during my first skin check in Nov when 5 other biopsies were taken? If it hasn’t changed at all, would it be safe to think that it was looked at with a dermascope during one of the visits and deemed to be ok? Pics attached for reference - the one with the redness around it was the biopsied one. Thanks!
