Animation Improvement tips?

I’m working on emotes and I wanted to try animated ones.. anyone have advice on how this could be better? It’s definitely wonky and I gotta fill in some spots it’s also like my 2nd go. I use procreate so uhh, be critical and help me lol how do y’all get things so smoothly animated with procreate 😅😅also wasn’t sure what group to post this in so hopefully this is the right place 😬
