is being super healthy really worth it?
I'm 27 and super proud of my adult self, I work extra hard, I try to have a good amount of down time to read, play games, have conversations and indulge in a good beer with friends or just laying down doing absolutely nothing which I love to do.
I don't eat amazingly, I'll have my weekly delivery with fries and a coke, the only cardio I do is weekend dancing and weekly walks.
I am not depressed, I am happy with what and who I am, I have amazing friends and a loving family and a lovely orange cat.
Is it really worth to go the extra mile and workout 4 times a week, eat better, have a sleep routine and do all of those things that the world suggests you to do?
